Vista Property Company was founded by veteran investor and developer Syd Hurley in 2007, as a natural continuation of his career in the shopping center industry which began in 1987.

The shopping center business has always been a dynamic industry. Over the past 25 years, our team has successfully guided and built Vista’s portfolio in a variety of market conditions.
