This 140,000 square foot retail center is anchored by El Rio Grande and soft goods junior anchors dd's and Citi Trends. The major renovation is complete along with new pylon signs and pads transforming the complexion of this community center.

Area Retail Development:

The trade area retail options are sparse, with few centers in the area. Subsequently, this part of Pleasant Grove lacks major national retailers which serve many other local trade areas with similar demographics. The Hispanic community has seen significant growth of over 50% since 2003. The trade area is currently 70% Hispanic.

Thoroughfares:

Lake June Road and North Masters Drive are 6-lane divided boulevards. To the east and west, Lake June Road connects Hwy. 635, Loop 12 and Hwy. 175.
