December, 2009 Tutti Frutti will be occupying 1,107 square feet for 5 years at Eldorado Crossing. Anytime Fitness signed a lease for 4,680 square foot fitness studio for the next 5 years at Sierra Vista. Oak Cliff People Newspaper published an article on El Tizoncito located in Sierra Vista December 4, 2009. September, 2009 Citi Trends will be occupying 11,303 square feet for 5 years selling fashionable apparel, accessories, shoes and home furnishings at Torre Vista. Today’s Vision signed a 10 year lease containing 2,000 square feet at Sierra Vista. Comet Cleaners signed a 5 year lease in Hampton Village for 1,800 square feet.
August, 2009 Hottie Tan signed a lease for 1,390 square feet for 5 years at Northfork Plaza. Exotic Nails has signed a 5 year lease for 1,503 square feet at Eldorado Crossing. Jesus Araiza brokered 3 Pollo Regio deals: Plano, 635/Abrams, and NW Highway/Abrams.
July, 2009 New lease with Your Way Burgers and Bar occupying 2,400 square feet for 5 years at Midway Commons. New lease signed with Divino’s Pizza at Pleasant Grove Plaza for 1,350 square feet.
June, 2009 DFW Injury Clinic will be occupying 2,000 square feet for a chiropractic and physical therapy clinic for 5 years at Sierra Vista. Mena’s Beauty Salon signed a four year lease for 1,180 square feet at Torre Vista. Little Caesar’s Pizza entered into a 5-year lease for 1,400 square feet at Torre Vista. Cardona was previously occupying 933 square feet and will have a newly renovated space of 1,300 square feet for a 5 year term at Torre Vista.
MAY, 2009 New lease executed with FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Café for 5 years at Midway Commons. New lease at FAMSA Plaza in Austin. S&N Dental will be occupying 3,711 square feet for a pediatric dental clinic for 10 years. New lease is with the U.S. Government at Sierra Vista. They will be occupying 1800 square feet for 5 years for an Army Recruiting Office.
APRIL, 2009 Artistic Cleaners has signed a new lease at Sierra Vista to occupy 1,120 square feet for 5 years.
FEBRUARY, 2009 New lease with Jefferson Dental Clinic at Torre Vista. JDC will occupy 5,000 square feet for 6 years giving people happier smiles. New 10-year lease with dd’s at Torre Vista. dd’s is a discount brand of Ross and will be opening a new 21,737 square foot store.
JANUARY, 2009 New lease at Torre Vista with El Rio Grande Supermercado grocery store for 45,626 square feet. Pollo Campero has signed a new lease at Sierra Vista for a 3,472 square foot chicken restaurant. New lease with Fred Loya Insurance Agency for 1,400 square feet at Plaza FAMSA in Austin.
