They have signed a 5 year lease for 1,740 square feet for a Mexican Taqueria at this property. New lease with Guevara Bakery in Austin! NOVEMBER, 2008 New lease at 5th Street Commons. Subway has signed a 5 year lease for 1,571 square feet.
