Trevor Ives is the General Counsel for Vista Property Company. After practicing law for more than five years with one of Dallas’ largest law firms, Trevor became the General Counsel for Direct Development in 2005, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the legal operations of the company. Mr. Ives brings a wide range of legal experience to Vista, including ground-up development and redevelopment of shopping centers anchored by tenants such as Target, Lowe’s and Minyard’s, the acquisition and sale of stabilized projects, project leasing and facilitating the documentation for project financing and third party equity matters.

Mr. Ives is a graduate of Baylor University and Southern Methodist University School of Law.
